Gastronomy
The evening unfolds as a five-course culinary journey, accompanied by elegant wines from René Lequin-Colin – a refined expression of Burgundy’s terroir.
From the first glass, the subtle power of old vines, limestone soils and time comes to life. Chardonnay wines with mineral precision and Pinot Noir wines with silky depth set the scene for a menu created with seasonal ingredients and the kitchen’s sense of balance, texture and flavour.
Each course is composed to highlight the character of the wines: bright, mineral dishes for the whites, gently prepared dishes with depth and warmth for the reds, and textures that allow each cuvée to unfold in the glass.
Between courses, we explore the vineyards, vintages and story behind René Lequin-Colin. We follow the journey from soil and vine to glass and delve into why the estate has become a favourite among connoisseurs for its clarity, balance and refined style.
Guests will dine together at round tables in the Knight’s Hall, where Burgundy, gastronomy and conversations about grapes, soil and nature come together.
After dinner and the wine tasting, the Castle Bar will remain open.
Add one night in one of the castle’s beautiful rooms, including breakfast in Herskabsstalden.
